1. Website Usage

By using this website you agree to these terms. The website is provided for information about HR Trading Company and its services. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

2. Service Scope

HR Trading Company provides frontend design and development services, including websites, e-commerce storefronts, CRM interfaces, web applications, admin panel UI, UI/UX design, website redesign, maintenance and custom digital solutions. Unless expressly agreed, services are frontend-focused and do not include backend development, databases, API development or third-party integrations beyond what is stated in the quotation.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information and content.
• Provide timely feedback and approvals at agreed milestones.
• Provide access to existing websites, hosting, domains or third-party accounts where required.
• Ensure they have rights to all content, images, text and branding provided.

4. Quotation Validity

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation (typically 15–30 days). Prices, timelines and scope are subject to change if requirements change materially or if a quotation expires before acceptance.

5. Payment Milestones

Payments are collected according to the terms agreed in the quotation, which may include an advance payment followed by milestone or final payments. Work begins after the applicable advance payment and signed agreement are received. See the Payment Policy for details.

6. Revisions

The quotation states the number of revision rounds or revision scope included. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Feedback should be consolidated and provided at each review milestone.

7. Delivery Timelines

Timelines stated in a quotation are estimates and depend on content availability, feedback and approvals from the client. Delays caused by missing content, late approvals or scope changes may extend the schedule without penalty. See the Shipping and Digital Service Delivery Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a project, ownership of the custom frontend deliverables created specifically for that project transfers to the client. HR Trading Company retains the right to reuse general techniques, code patterns and its own tooling. Third-party assets (fonts, icons, plugins, libraries) remain under their respective licences.

9. Third-Party Services

Hosting, domains, payment gateways, analytics and other third-party services are provided by their respective providers under their own terms. HR Trading Company is not responsible for the availability, performance or policies of these third-party services.

10. Hosting and Domain Responsibility

Unless expressly agreed, the client is responsible for hosting, domain registration and renewal. We provide deployment guidance and can assist as a separate paid arrangement.

11. Content Responsibility

Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality and ownership of all content they provide. HR Trading Company is not responsible for content supplied by the client or third parties.

12. Prohibited Usage

Services must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes, including creating websites that facilitate illegal activity, infringe intellectual property or violate applicable regulations.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HR Trading Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or business opportunities arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement by written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all completed and committed work up to the date of termination. Unused prepaid amounts may be refunded per the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Raisinghnagar, Rajasthan, where the registered business office of HR Trading Company is located.

16. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve concerns amicably. If a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt a good-faith discussion and mediation. If unresolved, the dispute will be resolved through the courts of the jurisdiction noted in the governing-law clause, as updated in the final agreement.
